From humble beginnings at their kitchen table to their current office location in picturesque Fenwick Ontario, the McKeen Team offers a wide variety of employment.

The General Labourer position provides a ton of variety each day. If you like working in positions where the days fly by, this position may be for you! Construction tasks vary day-to-day depending on the needs of the company and our many jobsites. This role is designed to support the production team by completing basic construction-related to-do’s, acquiring materials and site cleanup. The Office Administrator is tasked with providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the organizational strength of the Company. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that help support the McKeen Team and must ensure that all daily office operations run smoothly and effectively. Administrative and clerical tasks include answering calls and emails, managing all filing activities, overseeing the company’s social media platforms and basic bookkeeping. The Estimator is responsible for building great working relationships with our Clients. They meet with Clients, often in their home or commercial site to listen & discuss their vision and project scope. Collecting pertinent details and project specifications to build a timely quote for the client. Estimators present quotes to clients in a manner that will generate sales.
